Budget
Supports the operating budget. Multiple budget scenarios allowed. Automatically calculates budgets for each GL account based on calculation methods chosen and budget factors entered. Multiple windows may be open simultaneously to support what-if analysis. Notes and line item specific flags allow for online interaction and discussion between involved parties.

Project Administration
Supports the capital budget. Allows managers to request, document, and approve capital projects. Detailed budgeting is allowed because each project can have 10 or more sub-projects. Supports budgeting by profit center, department quarter and project type. Detailed justifications and review comments may be entered.

Candidate Tracking
Candidate Tracking provides a method to organize and consolidate communication and information from job applicants in order to provide better management of the hiring process. Features include easy access to submitted resumes, a correspondence designer to allow for creation of standard email communication templates, the ability to track communications history and the ability to store questionnaire responses if screening questionnaires are used.

Position Requisition
Position Requisition is a great tool for budgeting purposes. All open positions are assigned a Position Requisition number and when the position is filled, the requisition is then processed and closed. This program also tracks employee turnover and if the position is part of the existing budget.

Security Editor
The security editor module is required in order to provide user or role based permissions to applications in the suite. This allows administrator control over the software.

Time Card
The Timecard program tracks each employees (non-exempt & exempt) time, vacation and sick time calculations, and benefit elections for the plan year. At a glance, employees are able to view exactly how much sick and vacation time has been used and how much is available to them.

Timecard is a great time saver for the Payroll Department as employee hours, time types and salaries can be downloaded directly into your accounting software to help ease the payroll process.

Timecard software also provides:

  • Detailed employee benefit elections
    • Because this is a paperless election, this will save the HR/Payroll Departments time by not having to wait for the paper election forms to come through the mail. This election is also available to be seen by the employee if they would like to refer back to it. Reporting options are available so that employees have easy access to their use of Employees can also access their Flexible Benefit Reports to see what has been contributed and distributed from their benefit accounts.
  • Performance Appraisal System
    • A paperless appraisal system which allows appraisals to be developed, viewed, signed and available online by supervisors and employees. Electronic reminders help to maintain timely performance reviews.

Document Administration
The Document Administration (DA) program is a simple and easy-to-use process in accessing the company policy and procedure manual. Departments, categories and any regulatory standards are set up to easily sort through. Departments are set up to show categories of Human Resource issues, rules and regulations for individual facilities, and job descriptions. This software gives the ability to create, renew, approve, read, and print all of the company's policy and procedure needs. Additionally, the software can display the items that have been added and changed since the last time that employees have logged into the application.

Service Providers
The Service Provider Program is a valuable tool in the management of Service Contract Agreements. This program maintains accurate contracts along with the Accounts Payable department being able to pay according to fee schedules, and management is held accountable for maintaining expired contracts. As contracts are renewed with a service provider, the history of contract documents is maintained. For each contract document, you can view the agreement's list of authorized services.

  • Contracts Module
    • The Contracts module is where all service agreements are entered into the database. Within this module all necessary contract information is tracked including the service provider, the contract type, the amount and dates of liability insurance coverage, and the begin date and expiration date of the contract itself. In addition, a list of services associated to each contract that are authorized under the contract can be viewed and linked.
  • Payment Authorizations Module
    • The Payment Authorizations module is where facility business managers or their administrative assistants request payment authorization numbers, review payment authorization lists for any particular contract, and request liability insurance and contract expiration reports for all contracts.
  • Process Payments Module
    • The Process Payments module is where the accounts payable personnel will cross-reference the payment authorization requests with the computer contract records. This module also provides a payment report that shows the status of all payment requests.
